Important Instructions

Terms and Conditions:

• An employee of ASL /Axis Bank or any associate/group entity of ASL/Axis Bank, and any of the relatives (Spouse, parents, children, siblings, HUF) or associates of the above employee are not eligible to become Referrer under the scheme.


• The client of Axis Securities Limited (ASL) who is registered for the Client Referral Incentive scheme (Scheme) will be eligible to receive an incentive for referring their contacts at ASL. The referrer would be paid 10% of the brokerage generated on Online Platforms from referred clients from Stock Exchange transactions and cashback on the first trade made online by the referee.


• All such referred clients should complete their account opening process & have their trading and Demat account with ASL/Axis Bank activated and traded within T + 1 month from the account opening process initiated by the referee. (T here refers to account opening month)


• The referrer if eligible will be rewarded within T+2 months from the date on which the referred party initiated their account opening process.


• The referee will get upto Rs.500 brokerage cashback.


• If the referee is already registered in the 电竞娱乐平台 database as an existing client or potential client, then it will not be considered as a valid referral and the same will be devoid of the Referral Program


• To begin earning incentives as per this scheme, an existing client should have at least 5 Completed Referrals against his/her Client ID/trading account. Referred clients from one Client ID shall not be transferable to another Client ID.


• No incentive amount shall be paid out to any Referral, in case the Client ID/Trading account of the Referral has been closed/deactivated for any reason whatsoever.


• All eligible amounts will be deposited in the client’s ledger/linked bank account which is in his/her name and not in any other person’s name.


• The Referrer shall not undertake any form of selling/advisory activities w.r.t securities and shall not manage the portfolio of any person who is being referred. He/she shall strictly limit his/her role to “Referral” only.


• The Referrer shall not post the referral code on public forums without any context, and spam any such groups/platforms/pages on social media;


• The Referrer shall not be a Trading Member or an employee/referral partner/ Introducer/ Authorized Person of any other Trading Member of any of the Exchanges.


• If any information provided by the Referrer is found to be false and incorrect, ASL shall have the right to recover the entire amount of Referral fees paid.


• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.


• In case if the mobile number mentioned by the referrer is registered in multiple accounts the Trading account in which it is tagged as Self will receive the referral benefit


• This program shall not be considered as an invitation or persuasion to trade or invest. 电竞娱乐平台 and affiliates accept no liabilities for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of any actions taken in reliance thereon


• This Referral scheme is open to all residents of India holding a valid and active trading account with 电竞娱乐平台


• This Referral scheme does not apply to the following categories of clients:


• Non-Individuals clients excluding HUF


• Non-Resident Indian Clients


• 电竞娱乐平台 , its Associates, Group companies, and their respective employees including their dependents


• Authorized persons, Business Associates, and their respective employees, dependents, and clients mapped under them


• Any other person/group/entity/category of clients as decided by ASL from time to time at its discretion


• The offerings are subject to change anytime at the discretion of ASL management


• The Referrer shall receive the brokerage cashback in the Referrer's ledger within T+2 month from the date of activation of the Referee's account. i.e. Demat and Trading account is opened after complete documentation and application verification in line with the SEBI/ Exchange regulations and internal policies and procedures of ASL
